China Restaurant Panda in Biebesheim am Rhein

Unfortunately the restaurant didn't even deserve a star. The food was unfortunately cold. After a small note that the food was cold, nothing was done. It was said that it was "normal" since it is a buffet and is only warmed up. I should rather get something from live cooking. So paying € 18.90 for cold food is cheeky. We were there at 7:30 p.m. and nothing was refilled, although the restaurant was open until 11:30 p.m. The desert buffet looked very sad after a war (empty melons / pineapple bowls)! Never again !!!

Food was freezing! The waitress reacted to the remark that the food had to be warmed up or re-cooked, very rude with the sentence "Take something to grill, then you will have warm food"! The grilled meat was roasted black and hardly possible to eat. Never again!

Second time here. I am absolutely thrilled with the huge selection. You don't even know where to start, you would like to try everything. The selection of desserts was also super large. The food tastes really good, but it could be warmer. The service is very, very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very large and clean, including the toilets. The smoking area outside is very nicely designed. Will eat there again after next visit to France.

Actually a very average restaurant! The price is a bit high for the quality you get there. But the worst of all is this one service !! No smile, nothing ... More than disappointed, the owner and the staff always so unfriendly, the smile is not appropriate and the buffet disappointing to date. The worst is: After consuming bottled water, we ask for a carafe of water and we are told there is none. Behind the counter a stock of jug collects dust, we are brought back 4 glasses of tap water yes yes tap and we are billed for this one 3.20 € each for 0.4l. Frankly disappointed .. we tested 3-4 years ago already disappointed because the dishes all tasted the same. And there nothing has changed, the staff not smiling at all, schedules not respected at 10pm we are urged to refill and the waitress constantly turned around the table to clear the slightest plate. Good food!

A very nice and very well-kept restaurant. Everything is clean and the decor is really great. Restaurant is air conditioned and there is a kids room inside and a small playground outside. For the smoker there are nice tables outside. The food was quite tasty, at least that which I had. Free parking is more than enough. What else would be good, but not absolutely necessary, is a free Wi-Fi!

Very noisy and loud. Little service. When ordering drinks, you always have to look for a waiter because the majority of the staff is only there to clear away. Quality is adapted to reasonable prices. So everything is okay so far. In terms of taste and selection, the Panda is more likely to be assessed by the competition on average. Anyone who spends one or two euros more elsewhere has a good to very good selection of dishes. The panda is not really suitable for a cozy meal, because there are simply too many seats for the offer, the restaurant does not come after the refill. In winter it is particularly cold when you sit at the window. The restaurant provides mobile fan heaters for this. Conclusion ... for 13 € you can't say anything, just ... that the competition is better.
